Lemon Pepper Grilled Tuna Recipe

Recipe By The Spruce Eats

This simple three-ingredient lemon pepper grilled tuna recipe takes just minutes to prepare and cook. The combination of lemon pepper, which is a specific seasoning, with tender grilled tuna is really wonderful. You can grill tuna to rare doneness. I have to confess, however, that i do not like tuna unless it's cooked to well done. The nice thing about cooking for yourself is that you can cook food any way you'd like For food safety reasons, we suggest to always cook tuna to at least 140 f, which is medium. If there are any leftovers, use them to make parmesan tuna sandwiches. Serve this recipe with a green salad tossed with mushrooms, avocados, and cherry tomatoes, and some savory scones or dinner rolls. For dessert, a nice ice cream pie would be a great choice or serve some brownies or a selection of cookies.
