The making of this particular dish is hassle free. It doesn't take much time and it tastes lip smacking as well. Lemon Pepper Coriander Chicken can be cooked in many different ways. My family love it in keto style, so I prepare it in this style most of the times.

Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Coriander Chicken Recipe

  • 175 g Boneless Chicken Breast Pieces
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Whipped yogurt
  • 2.50 g inger garlic paste
  • 3/4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 g Cheese Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 g Chopped Green chillies
  • 1.75 g Slit whole green chillies
  • 3/4 tbsp white oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 0.13 cup Fresh cream
  • 0.19 tbsp Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped celery leaves
  • 0.13 cup water

Directions: Lemon Pepper Coriander Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash and clean the chicken breasts.
  • STEP 2.2. Pat them dry on a kitchen towel.
  • STEP 3.3. Make some gashes/cuts on the chicken breasts so that the marinade can get into them well.
  • STEP 4.4. In a mixing bowl, add ginger garlic paste, whipped yogurt, 1 tbsp black pepper, salt, lemon juice or you can use 2 lemons, lemon zest, , cheesy garlic powder , coriander leaves and mix well to get a madinade.
  • STEP 5.5. Add chicken breast to the marinade.
  • STEP 6.6. Cover it for 30 minutes and keep aside.
  • STEP 7.7. Heat a pan and add white oil to it.
  • STEP 8.8. Then add the whole spices (black pepper corns, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, green cardamom) and saute for 30 seconds.
  • STEP 9.9. Add chopped green chillies.
  • STEP 10.10. Add the marinated chicken breasts to it and the marinade to the pan.
  • STEP 11.11. Cover and cook on a low medium flame for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 12.12. Then flip the sides, cover and cook again for another 10 minutes.
  • STEP 13.13. Then flip the sides, cover and cook again for another 10 minutes. 14. Add butter to it. 15. Cook on high flame till they turn golden brown. 16. Add half cup of water , lemon juice of 1 lemon to it. 17. Add slit whole green chillies , fresh cream -1/2 cup and 1 tbsp black pepper powder to it. 18. Add grated cheddar cheese to it and mix well. 19. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, celery leaves and spring onion greens. 20. You can add ginger juliennes to it. Serve hot!
