  • 2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are partially cooked. Drain and let them cool.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the potatoes until they are golden and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add garlic, chili flakes, and curry leaves. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the fried potatoes to the pan and toss them well in the garlic-chili mixture.
  • STEP 5.Add lemon juice, salt, and other spices. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
