  • 1/5 Cup leftover upma
  • 1/5 Tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 1/10 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 1/5 Tbsp Mint chatni
  • 1 Pieces Bread
  • 1 Tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.40 Cups Oil for deep frying

How to Make Leftover Upma Bread Bonda Recipe

STEP 01

Take mixing bowl . Add upma,mint chatni and all masala powders. Mix well.

STEP 02

Slightly wet the bread slice with water. You can cut the edges if you want. Apply tomato ketchup on bread.Place the upma mixture in the middle part of bread, fold it to give ball shape.

STEP 03

Deep fry them in oil untill it turns golden brown.

STEP 04

Serve with mint chatni and tomato ketchup

STEP 05

As i have already added veggies in the upma, so not added any veggies while making bondas .
