Ingredients for Leftover upma bread bonda Recipe

  • 1/5 Cup leftover upma
  • 1/5 Tsp Jeera powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Dhaniya powder
  • 1/10 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 1/5 Tbsp Mint chatni
  • 1 Pieces Bread
  • 1 Tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.40 Cups Oil for deep frying

Directions: Leftover Upma Bread Bonda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take mixing bowl . Add upma,mint chatni and all masala powders. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Slightly wet the bread slice with water. You can cut the edges if you want. Apply tomato ketchup on bread.Place the upma mixture in the middle part of bread, fold it to give ball shape.
  • STEP 3.Deep fry them in oil untill it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Serve with mint chatni and tomato ketchup
  • STEP 5.As i have already added veggies in the upma, so not added any veggies while making bondas .
