If you left with some upma made for the breakfast, then you can make yummy snacks at the evening. Just we need bread and some masala powders to make it.
STEP 1.Take mixing bowl . Add upma,mint chatni and all masala powders. Mix well.
STEP 2.Slightly wet the bread slice with water. You can cut the edges if you want. Apply tomato ketchup on bread.Place the upma mixture in the middle part of bread, fold it to give ball shape.
STEP 3.Deep fry them in oil untill it turns golden brown.
STEP 4.Serve with mint chatni and tomato ketchup
STEP 5.As i have already added veggies in the upma, so not added any veggies while making bondas .
