STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add leftover rice . In goes potato 🥔, mix it well .
STEP 2.Now add all the other ingredients except besan & oil , mix it well.
STEP 3.Now add besan , add very lil water , mix it well ( batter should be a lil thick) .
STEP 4.Add 1 tbsp oil now , mix it thoroughly, keep aside for 15 minutes.
STEP 5.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
STEP 6.Mix the batter again . Moderate the flame , drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil .
STEP 7.Deep fry them until light brown.
STEP 8.Take out on an absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.
STEP 9.Plate it , serve it with any chutney or sauce .
STEP 10.A good evening tea snack...
