Ingredients for Leftover Rice Pakodas.. Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Leftover rice
  • 0.13 cup Boiled mashed potato
  • 0.13 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped green chilli
  • 0.13 cup Chopped dhania patta
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi powder
  • 0.06 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Leftover Rice Pakodas.. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add leftover rice . In goes potato 🥔, mix it well .
  • STEP 2.Now add all the other ingredients except besan & oil , mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Now add besan , add very lil water , mix it well ( batter should be a lil thick) .
  • STEP 4.Add 1 tbsp oil now , mix it thoroughly, keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
  • STEP 6.Mix the batter again . Moderate the flame , drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil .
  • STEP 7.Deep fry them until light brown.
  • STEP 8.Take out on an absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.
  • STEP 9.Plate it , serve it with any chutney or sauce .
  • STEP 10.A good evening tea snack...
