  • STEP 2.Add mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, and spices like turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.Take a leftover chapati and cut it into half. Fold each half into a cone shape and fill it with the potato mixture. Seal the edges with a flour-water paste.
