Ingredients for LEFTOVER CHAPATI OR ROTI Recipe

  • 2 nos Leftover chapati or roti-
  • 1/2 tbsp oil-
  • As required Mustard seeds- ½ tsp
  • As required Fennel crushed (sauf)- ½ tsp
  • As required Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
  • 1/2 nos Onion fine chopped-
  • 0-1/2 nos Curry leaves- leaves
  • As required Red chili powder- ½ tsp
  • 1/2 nos Green chili chopped-
  • As required Coriander powder- ½ tsp
  • As required Garam masala- ½ tsp
  • As required Amchur powder- ½ tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice-
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander chopped-
  • 0-1/2 tbsp Water-

Directions: Leftover Chapati Or Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat tava on low flame and warm leftover chapati or roti, then divide chapati and add in a grinder jar to grind it. Now heat the saucepan, add oil, mustard seeds, fennel (sauf), chopped onion, stir and cook until translucent. Now add green chili, turmeric powder, red powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, salt and grinded leftover chapati stir till all ingredients incorporate nicely. Lastly add lemon juice and chopped coriander.
  • STEP 2.Enjoy delicious leftover roti or chapati and have a refreshing taste!!
