Ingredients for Left over rice pakoda Recipe

  • 1 cup Leftover rice
  • 1/2 cup Besan
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 g reen chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Corriander
  • As Required Oil for deep frying

Directions: Left Over Rice Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix the curd and rice and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  • STEP 2.Chop the corriander and green chilli finely.
  • STEP 3.Heat the oil. In the meantime mix corriander, green chilli, salt and besan to the curd and rice mixture.
  • STEP 4.Make a semi dry batter. Like onion pakoda style batter. Add water if needed.
  • STEP 5.Take little batter and drop in oil and deep fry. Remove once golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
