  • 1.20 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, calamansi juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 4.Place the marinated chicken on a roasting rack and roast for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  • STEP 5.Baste the chicken with the marinade every 15 minutes for extra flavor.
  • STEP 6.Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
