Leaf mathri Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Leaf mathri is a popular Indian snack made with a crispy and flaky dough, flavored with a blend of spices and herbs. It gets its name from the use of fresh green leaves like mint or coriander, which are finely chopped and added to the dough. The addition of these leaves gives the mathri a refreshing and aromatic taste. Leaf mathri is perfect for tea-time snacking or as a crunchy accompaniment to a meal.
