Ingredients for Lays Dosa Recipe

  • As Required Dosa batter
  • 1 tsp n Butter
  • As Required Some chopped
  • As Required Some chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp n tandoori mayo
  • 1 tbsp n plain mayo
  • As Required Some chilli flakes
  • As Required Cheese
  • 1 Packet pack lays

Directions: Lays Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a dosa pan and drizzle some water.
  • STEP 2.Then add the batter and spread it across the pan and let it roast
  • STEP 3.Then add in butter, capsicum, tomatoes, tandoori Mayo,and plain mayo mix it mash it well
  • STEP 4.Then spread it across the dosa.Top it with freshly chopped coriander & cheese
  • STEP 5.Finally top it with lays and sprinkle some chilli flakes.
  • STEP 6.And let the dosa turn a Little crispy.
  • STEP 7.Your cheese lays Dosa is ready
