Ingredients for Lavand-E-Murgh Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 500 gram Chicken boneless
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves powder
  • As required Nutmeg powder
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 Onions medium size
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 5-6 Coriander leaves

Directions: Lavand-e-murgh Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the boneless chicken into one in. Chunks.
  • STEP 2.Currently add the garlic ginger paste and mixwell.
  • STEP 3.Cowl it with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour to infuse.
  • STEP 4.Heat the oil in an exceedingly changeable state pot over medium to high flame.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and herb and saute within the hot oil for thirty seconds.
  • STEP 6.Then add the onions and saute for 5-6 minutes till the onions are units of-bo and simply begin to golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Currently add inexperienced chillies and stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Add marinated chicken and simmer for 5- seven minutes. Add pepper and salt.
  • STEP 9.Now stir within the yoghurt. Cowl and cook for quarter-hour.
  • STEP 10.Then add 1/2 cup water to form a gravy and cook chicken properly.
  • STEP 11.Cowl and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Add additional water if necessary to stay the dish damp.
  • STEP 13.Cook on low to medium heat to avoid yogurt curdling.
  • STEP 14.Dish out and add the shredded coriander.
