I have made idli ans sambhar but in little different style.
I have made idli n filled sambhar in it. So when we cut idli it looks like choco lava cake... Its lava idli.
It can be served with more sambhar n chutney.
STEP 2.Boil dal with methidanaTomatoes, lauki, salt n haldi.
STEP 3.Heat oil
STEP 4.Add rai
STEP 5.Add green chilles, curry leaves
STEP 6.Add all spices mix well
STEP 7.Add boiled dal.add imli.
STEP 8.Pinch of sugar
STEP 9.Add little water if needed (coz iits consistency is not pouring)
STEP 10.Take cup cake mould
STEP 11.Put some batter
STEP 12.Insert panipuri
STEP 13.Steam it little
STEP 14.Put some sambhar in it.
STEP 15.Cover it with batter
STEP 16.Again steam it for 10 mins
STEP 17.Serve hot with chutney n sambhar.
