  • STEP 1.Grate the bottle gourd and squeeze out the excess water.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together grated bottle gourd, wheat flour, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, spices, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Knead the mixture into a soft dough, adding water if needed.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into circles.
  • STEP 5.Heat a griddle and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying oil or ghee as needed.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any curry of your choice.
