Lauki pakora Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Lauki pakora is a popular Indian snack made with bottle gourd (lauki), gram flour (besan), and spices. The grated bottle gourd is mixed with gram flour and spices to form a thick batter, which is then deep-fried until crispy and golden brown. These pakoras are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them a perfect tea-time snack. Lauki pakoras are best served hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
