Ingredients for Alloo gobhi Recipe

  • 1.33 Pieces Potato
  • 0.33 Pieces Cauliflower
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion
  • 0.33 To Taste red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala

Directions: Alloo Gobhi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a hot pan. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and tomato. Cook it for 4-5 minutes
  • STEP 2.Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Saute it for 1 minute.
  • STEP 3.Then add chopped potato and cauliflower in it. After mixing it well, add some water. Then cook it for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.After that your alloo gobhi vegetable is ready. Serve it with chapatti.
