How to Make Lauki Kofta Curry Recipe

Peel off the bottle guard

Grate it using a grater and eliminate the water content in it

Mix the onion, green chillies, cumin, pepper, red chilli powder, garam masala and ajwain seeds.

Add 3 tablespoons of gram flour and salt to use for binding the contents

Prepare small balls of the prepared mixture

Cook these balls for few minutes in deep frying pan and oil.

Take out the balls on some napkins to eliminate some oil by absorbing.

1 take a hot  oil pan, add cumin, onion paste, green chillies, tomatoes paste, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and fry for a few minutes

Then add the balls after 15 minutes of cooking, let the kofta absorb some curry in it

The lauki kofta is ready, serve with some fresh corriander leaves.
