  • 100 Gms cup lauki
  • 40 Gms for khoya
  • 100 g m-lauki
  • 1/5 Cup Khoya
  • 0.40 Tbsp n. -Kaju powder
  • 40 Gms shakkar bura
  • 1/5 Tsp ilaichi powder
  • 1/20 Cup almond slices & kaju chopped
  • 1/5 Tbsp Desi ghee
  • 10 g m.gond
  • 20 Gram Chaar Magaz
  • 10 Gram Khus-khus
  • 1/20 Cup Coconut

  • STEP 1.🔻Lauki Ke Ladoo
  • STEP 2.🔻Method 🔻
  • STEP 3.1- First peel and grate the lauki.
  • STEP 4.2- Take Non stick kadai put ghee heat it and put grated lauki saute till then dry the lauki juice.
  • STEP 5.3. Put khoya mix well saute for 5 minutes add Kaju powder, and roasted gond powder and fry Khus Khus. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.4. Add roasted kaju Mitra and badam. Put chaar magaz and thin coconut pieces mix well.
  • STEP 7.5- Remove kadai from gas let them light hot pu ilaichi powder and bura mix with hands and make ladoo.
  • STEP 8.6-Yummy and Healthy Lauki ke Gond wale Ladoo is ready to eat.
