  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Desi ghee / oil

How to Make Lauki Ke Gatte Ki Sabzi Recipe

Mix the ingredients well and add the grated vegetable and grind together well.

Heat a pan and add water 700 ml water. Boil it up and put the gattas one by one.
