Ingredients for Lau'Er Khosa Bhaja Recipe

  • 175 gram Peels of bottle gourd
  • 4 Bori
  • As required Mustard oil
  • 1 dried red chili
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Grated coconut
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Sugar

Directions: Lau'er Khosa Bhaja Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Steam the peels and set aside

step 2

  • STEP 2.Heat a pan and add mustard oil

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add bori to fry and set aside

step 4

  • STEP 4.Temper the oil with dried red chili,bay leaves,nigella seeds

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add the steamed peels and mix well

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add grated coconut,salt,sugar and turmeric powder

step 7

  • STEP 7.Mix well and cover cook for 4mins

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add the fried boris and mix well

step 9

  • STEP 9.Serve as a side dish to rice
