Ingredients for Lassi Recipe

  • As Required cubes Few ice
  • 0.33 cup Curd
  • 0.08 cup Milk
  • 0.08 cup Powdered sugar
  • 0.67 tsp Fresh cream

Directions: Lassi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take ice cubes.
  • STEP 2.Add preferably homemade curd. You can use Amul yogurt too as it has same texture as Homemade curd.
  • STEP 3.Add milk and powdered sugar blend with help of Ravi or whisk.
  • STEP 4.Blend for just about a minute.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the lassi into glass.
  • STEP 6.Take homemade fresh cream or malai on milk and blend it.
  • STEP 7.Add this fresh cream on lassi.
  • STEP 8.Lassi is ready.
  • STEP 9.NOTES
  • STEP 10.Use homemade curd as it has a nice grainy texture.
  • STEP 11.Never use a mixer or blender for blending yogurt. If you use a mixer or blender, then you will make a smoothie and not lassi.
  • STEP 12.You can adjust the thickness of lassi according to your taste.
