This is a traditional kathiawadi recipe prepared popularly in winters as green garlic is easily available during this season. These bajra rotlas smell heavenly when they are being cooked on a tavdi(earthen pan). Very nutritious dish as well and can be enjoyed with a cup of tea for breakfast or best with jaggery and ghee.
