  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are cooked through.
  • STEP 2.Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  • STEP 4.Once the mustard seeds start to crackle, add garlic and green chilies.
  • STEP 5.Saute until the garlic turns golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan.
  • STEP 7.Mix well and cook for a minute.
