How to Make Lampreado Recipe
in a bowl take flour, salt, brown sugar and baking powder.
to this mixture add 2 eggs and some cold water.
mix everything well in order to make a batter.
slice the bananas into long strips.
dip the banana strips in the batter.
heat some oil in a pan and fry the batter covered banana slices in it.
2 cook well from both the sides.
wipe off the extra oil and your lampreados are ready to be served.
