Cooking Tips

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes before threading the koftas to prevent them from burning on the grill.
  • You can also cook the koftas in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Feel free to customize the toppings according to your preference. Some popular additions include pickles, onions, and hot sauce.

Storage and Serving

  • Lamb kofta wraps are best enjoyed fresh and immediately after cooking.
  • If you have any leftovers, store the koftas separately from the flatbreads and toppings.
  • Reheat the koftas in a hot skillet or in the oven until warmed through.
  • Assemble the wraps with fresh flatbreads and toppings when ready to serve.
