Ingredients for Lamb Curry Recipe

  • 0.13 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 0.19 kilogram 1 lamb shoulder weighing approx
  • 0.13 Large onion peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Minced ginger
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garam masala
  • 1/4 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 31.25 milliliter Chicken stock water plus a stock cube or bouillon for gluten free is fine
  • 50 milliliter Tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tomato puree/paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 50 milliliter Coconut milk
  • 3/4 can Cardamom pods sew them together with a piece of string so you easily fish them out later
  • 0.38 tablespoon Cornflour mixed with 6 tbsp cold water
  • As required Handful of chopped coriander to serve
  • As required Boiled rice to serve
