  • 500 milliliter chicken broth
  • 250 milliliter Water
  • 3 Nos chicken drumsticks
  • 1.50 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Nos garlic cloves
  • 2 piece cm ginger
  • 1 Nos lemongrass
  • 2 Nos bird
  • As required s eye chills
  • 1/2 cup laksa paste
  • 400 gram coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • As required Ingredients for Noodles Toppings
  • 500 gram vermicelli noodles
  • 100 gram hokkien noodles
  • 80 gram bean sprouts
  • 80 gram tofu puffs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 Nos garlic clove
  • 3 teaspoon laksa paste
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chilli paste from jar
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • As required Fresh coriander leaves
  • As required Lime wedges
  • As required Crispy fried shallots

How to Make Laksa Soup Recipe

STEP 02

1.add all the chicken stock ingredients in a saucepan at high flame.bring to simmer,then reduce to medium flame.

STEP 03

2.cook for 25 mins until chicken flesh is falling off the bone and water is reduced to ⅓

STEP 04

3.pull the flesh off and keep it in a bowl and keep it aside

STEP 05

4.mix all the ingredients of ladka chilli sauce and keep it aside for 20 mins.

STEP 06

5.add oil in a pot/large saucepan over medium heat.

STEP 07

6.add garlic and ginger and saute for 20 secs.

STEP 08

7.then add lemongrass and chillies and cook for a minute

STEP 09

8.now add laksa paste and stir cook continuously for 2 mins.

STEP 10

9.add chicken stock,coconut milk,fish sauce and 2 tsp of laksa chilli sauce.

STEP 11

10.cover with lid and cook for 10 mins at low flame

STEP 12

11.add lime juice and fish sauce.add tofu puffs turn off the the flame with lid on for 5 mins

STEP 13

Take noodles in two bowls and top with shredded chicken

STEP 14

Pour broth over chicken and top with bean sprouts

STEP 15

Now garnish with garnishing ingredients and serve with laksa chilli sauce
