  • 3 Birds eye chili
  • 6 Red chilies
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 5 gram Toasted belacan
  • 2-3 Calamansi lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 cup Vegetable oil
  • As required Fish stock
  • As required Access prawn heads and shells
  • 50 gram 150 g salted fish bones
  • 1 liter Water
  • As required Blended items
  • 1.50 Medium size red onions/large shallots
  • 4 Large Cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1.50 inch Galangal
  • 3 stick Lemongrass
  • 7.50-9 Dried chilies
  • 1 inch Fresh turmeric
  • 1 cup Dried prawns
  • 7.50 gram Dried shrimp paste
  • As required Blended items
  • 2 Tins tuna in vegetable oil
  • 150 gram 400 g fresh prawns steamed or boil until cook
  • As required Other ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 150 milliliter Coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon Heap meat curry powder
  • 1/4 cup Toasted roasted coconut
  • 2-3 Tamarind slices
  • 1-1.50 tablespoon Palm sugar/dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • As required Accompaniments and garnish
  • 1 Pkt spaghetti boiled and drizzled with some vegetable oil to prevent sticking
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1.50 cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Citrus leaf/laksa leaves/vietnames coriander thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Long beans sliced thinly
  • 1/2 Large red onion sliced thinly
  • 5-6 Calamansi limes cut in 1/2
  • 1/2 cup Pickled white raddish
