  • STEP 2.Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours to marinate.
  • STEP 3.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a long cylindrical kebab on a skewer.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the grill or barbecue and brush it with oil.
