  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Sauté until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it changes color.
