  • 250 gram ground beef
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • As required handful of parsley leaves
  • 2 sweet green pepper
  • 1 sweet roasting red pepper
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato and red pepper paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon each sweet ground red pepper, red pepper flakes, isot pepper , cumin, ground black pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoon olive oil

Directions: Lahmacun Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a little jug,add heat water,sugar,instant yeast and blend well,cover and let it rest for ten minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl,add general-purpose flour,salt and blend well.
  • STEP 3.Add yeast mixture and blend well.
  • STEP 4.Gradually add water and knead till dough is created.
  • STEP 5.Add oil and knead dough once more,cover and proof dough for forty five minutes or till double in size.
  • STEP 6.In a chopper,add beef mince,onion,tomatoes,tomato paste,garlic,pepperoni/salami,butter and chop well.
  • STEP 7.Add black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,paprika powder and recent coriander,mix well & put aside.
  • STEP 8.Grease hands with oil,dust dry flour and knead dough once more till sleek.
  • STEP 9.Divide dough into four components.
  • STEP 10.Take one half and create a ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the assistance of kitchen utensil.
  • STEP 11.Lined baking receptacle with butter paper,place rolled dough,add & unfold ready filling (makes 4-5).
  • STEP 12.Bake in a preheated kitchen appliance at two hundred c for twelve minutes.
  • STEP 13.Serve lahmacun with onion,tomato,fresh coriander and red chilli crushed.
