Ingredients for Lady Finger Recipe

  • 1/4 kg lady’s finger(chopped)
  • 1/2 g string curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp mustard urad dal mix
  • as required Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Lady Finger Recipe

  • STEP 1.Rinse and wipe dry all the lady's fingers with a clean kitchen towel. Then slice the Lady's finger to thin 0.5 inches and chopped one onion Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt and mix it well. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Sprinkle in mustard seeds and urad dal mix when the seed sizzle and pop. quickly add dry red chili and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Cook stirring, until very fragrant, about 1 minute, Then add the lady’s finger increase the heat to medium and Cook stirring continuously until the lady’s finger looks very well fried, 6 to 10 minutes more.
  • STEP 4.Once the lady’s finger is cooked transfer the plate served with rice or chapati.
