A spicy new way of paratha recipe prepared from very few ingredients like all purpose flour, wheat flour and nigella seeds. Pan roasted and slowly cooked in desi ghee.
STEP 1.Take 1 cup all purpose flour in a bowl, add some salt, 3 tablespoon ghee, add little by little water and kneed the flour to prepare dough.
STEP 2.Let it rest for 10 minutes , coat the dough with some ghee.
STEP 3.Take portions of the dough and shape them for paratha

STEP 4.Make sure the parathas are thin and long. Cut the sides of parathas with the help of a pizza cutter. And make thin strings using the cutter.
STEP 5.Fold the strings of laccha parathas using your hands. And then add some nigella seeds.
STEP 6.Form laccha paratha using light hands.
STEP 7.Take a pan and heat it very much. Cook the parathas on both sides equally.
STEP 8.It will take from about 5 minutes. Keep applying ghee to the paratha while cooking.
