Delicious and nutritious rice cake recipe. These Korean style sweet rice cake bars are originated from LA. You don’t need butter or oil but still creates crispy and chewy bars. Loaded with nuts and seeds, these bars make perfect gluten-free snack. Their craving of traditional Korean rice cakes, which sometimes is hard to achieve in a home kitchen, turned this bars more like ‘east meets west’ version of rice cakes.

Directions: La Sticky Rice Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat ven at 375 degree Celsius. Make the batter using ingredients and mix well.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Now take all the nuts and add in the batter. Now place them on the baking pan evenly.  put it in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. Serve with some maple syrup.
