We havent met a recipe from mixologist joaqun sim we didnt fall in love with, and la bomba is no exception. We even love the name a nod to the french word grenade, meaning pomegranate. Sims recipe calls for pomegranate molasses, a deep violet-red syrup made from reduced pomegranate juice. Weve found it to be a superior replacement for grenadine in almost every case. Feel free to use normal pomegranate grenadine here but definitely avoid the fake corn syrup stuff.
