How to Make Kyay Oh Recipe

STEP 01

Take the grounded pork and wash them gently. Now add the ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1tsp grounded ginger, 1tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients gently.

Take the pieces and wash them thoroughly.

In the saucepan add some water, 1tsp salt, and add the pork neckpieces.

Boil till the pork neck; stomach and kidney get tender.

Once the pork neck is done was it with cold water. After washing adds in the sliced ginger, 8-9 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp black pepper. Add a good amount of water, close the lid, and keep it aside.

Cook the neckpieces for the utmost 2 hours.

Then make small balls of the grounded pork and drop them in the same pan.

Take the mustard leaves and chop them into moderate pieces.

Take the fish ball and dice then into half, once the stomach and kidney are cooked slice them into thin pieces as well.

Now take a hotpot and add the fish eggs, quail eggs, chopped mustard leaves, sliced pork kidney, and stomach, pork meatballs, rice noodles, and flat rice noodles.

Pour the pork neck soup, and an omelet, close the lid.

STEP 15

And let it cook for another 10 mins.
