A traditional healthy snack from the outskirts of Kerala.

Grind 2 garlic cloves, 4 shallots, 2 tbsp grated coconut and 1 tsp cumin seeds in a mixer grinder. Keep it aside.
Boil in a pan add 1 ½ cup of water, 1 tbsp oil and 2 tsp salt. When the water begins to boil add 1 cup of rice flour.
Turn off the flame and mix the ingredients with a ladle.
Add the grinded mix and stir well.
Keep closed in a vessel for 15 minutes.
Knead to form a dough
Take balls from the dough and flatten using a rolling pin.
Make each flattened dough in a wrapped cylinder shape.
Fry in a cooking pan on medium-low flame till light gold shade
