  • 1/2 Green Chilies

  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • as per your need A Few Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, grind together grated coconut, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and spices to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the ground coconut paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the boiled potatoes, water, and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
