  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • 50 gram Paneer, Cut Into Cubes

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix buckwheat flour, salt, and water to make a smooth dough.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin rotis.
  • STEP 3.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the rotis on both sides until golden brown spots appear.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 7.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 8.Add paneer cubes and cook for a few minutes until the paneer is coated with the spices.
  • STEP 9.Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture on a roti and roll it tightly.
  • STEP 10.Serve the kuttu paneer wrap hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
