  • 1 cup buckwheat flour/kuttu
  • 1/4 cup suji
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 No.s chopped onions
  • 1 No.s chopped carrot
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 No.s green chilly
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • As required Oil

Directions: Kutta Ka Chilla Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well using a whisk to form a thin batter.

  • STEP 1. Grease the tawa with sine oil and pour 2-3 spoons of batter on the tawa and spread evenly t o make a circular shape.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Flip and cook until it turns golden brown.
