Ingredients for Kuska Rice Recipe
- 5 No.s Eggs
- As required Some coriander leaves
- As required Some mint leaves
- 1 No.s Tomato
- 1 No.s Onion
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 No.s Small cinnamon stick
- 2 No.s Clove
- 1 No.s Mace
- 3 No.s Green chilli
- 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 10 No.s Garlic
- 6 Small onions
- 1.50 cup Sella rice
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- As required Bay leaf
- 2 green chilli
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 3 cup Water

How to Make Kuska Rice Recipe
Chop onion,tomato, ginger, mint and coriander leaves and Soak rice in water for 30 minutes.
Add oil and heat it for a while and then add cinnamon,clove and mace.
Now add green chillies, ginger, garlic cloves, onions, tomato, coriander and mint leaves.
Add salt to this mixture and turn off the flame and keep it for 3 minutes
9.now grind the cooked mixture, without adding water.
10.now in a cooker add 2 tbsp ghee and bay leaf.
11.add 2 green chilli,onions(chopped) and saute.
Add salt and ½ tomato and cook for a minute and add in red chilli powder, garam masala and turmeric
15.then add the grinded paste and mix,fry for 3 mins.
16.add curd,mix,then add water.
17.now add rice and boiled eggs and cook until 1 whistle at medium flame.
18.rest and keep it for 30 minutes, sprinkle coriander leaves and pinch cardamom powder.
