Ingredients for Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe

  • 251 g Okra
  • 2 Tbsp Besan( Gram Flour)
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • As Required Oil
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash the Okra and let it dry.
  • STEP 2.Cut it into long slices
  • STEP 3.Take a Bowl; add Okra and all the other ingredients and mix it all well together.
  • STEP 4.Take a wok and heat oil, then deep dry the okra on medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Take it out on a napkin so that the excess oil is soaked.
  • STEP 6.Enjoy with Roti
