  • 1/10 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1/2 stick Namon
  • 0.90 Damom Pods

  • 1/10 cup Cashew Paste
  • 1/20 cup Cream
  • pinch A Pinch Of Saffron Soaked In Warm Milk

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Heat ghee in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 5.Add saffron milk, cashew paste, and cream. Mix well and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the gravy thickens.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a richer gravy, you can add a tablespoon of ghee at the end.
