  • 200 gram Pumpkin
  • As required Salt
  • None Sugar
  • As required Flour
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 Green chilies
  • As required Mustard oil

Directions: Kumro'r Bora Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a batter of flour, turmeric, poppy seeds, chopped green chilies and mustard oil
  • STEP 2.Cut the pumpkin into thick square shape
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan to deep fry. Dip the pumpkin in the batter. Fry until it turns golden.
  • STEP 4.Serve as a side dish with rice and dal
