Ingredients for Kumpir Recipe

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 chicken sausages, diced
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 4-5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup grated processed cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • pinch crushed black peppercorns
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • As required Sea salt for cooking potatoes

Directions: Kumpir Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cook the potatoes on a bed of ocean salt for 40-45 minutes.
  • STEP 2.For the topping, heat oil in an exceedingly shallow slippy pan.
  • STEP 3.Add the red, yellow and inexperienced bell peppers to the pan.
  • STEP 4.Add mushrooms, salt, crushed black peppercorns and red hot pepper flakes. Toss quickly.
  • STEP 5.Add the sausages, toss another time. Take away from heat and set aside.
  • STEP 6.Once the potatoes area unit burned, transfer them onto a cutting
