  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 1/2 Onion, Sliced

  • STEP 1.Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, dry roast grated coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and red chilies until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Grind the roasted spices to a fine paste with tamarind pulp.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and sliced onions.
  • STEP 5.Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
  • STEP 6.Add the ground spice paste, salt, and water. Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cover and cook until the mushrooms are tender and the flavors are well combined.
