A recipe of Kullu made of tort fish and spices. It is a traditional pahari dish originated from the hilly states of himachal pradesh. This dish is very delicious and simple to make.

Cut the fish from middle and wash. Marinate the fish with red chili powder, salt, dill leaves, coriander powder,1 lime juice and few drops of oil.
Refrigerate the marinated fish for half an hour. Heat the frying pan , add 1tsp oil and fry the fish one side each, once its fried
Fry the onions with the mustard seeds paste and garish it over the fried fish. Serve as a side dish.
