In a blender add bird chilies, garlic clove, chopped coriander leaves and root, lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Blend it all well and take it out in a bowl.

Take a pan to heat oil on a medium-high flame, then add the minced pork and stir and mash them for 2-3 minutes. Then season it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and stir-fry until cooked.
