  • 0.08 Litre Buttermilk
  • 4.17 g milk powder
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 41.67 g Bundiya
  • 3.33 g Yellow raisin
  • 3.33 g kashew
  • 8.33 g Gobindobhog Rice ( powdered )
  • 0.17 Tsp Rose water

Directions: Kshir Bundiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the milk. Add powdered rice . Cook it for 3 mins . Then add sugar , yellow raisin , kashew , milk powder . Cook another 2mins. Then add bundiya and rose water. 30 seconds later. Turn off the gas. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
