  • 2 No.s cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 No.s onion, chopped
  • 300 gram chicken fillet, preferably organic
  • 500 gram long beans, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tablespoon salty soy sauce
  • As required Black pepper
  • As required oil for frying

Directions: Kouseband Met Kip Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak and cook the pandan rice .heat some oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onions in it until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Add the chicken breast pieces to the pan stir fry it on high flame for 5 minutes or until they are brown on all sides .
  • STEP 3.Serve the chicken and long beans with the rice .
